Production, industrial, trading ASIA FAN KAR Co. began its activity with production of industrial parts and equipments and especially numerous productions of column drills, press, lining devices since 1363, and this procedure continued until 1375. Since 1375, this company began to manufacture the parts and equipments required to construct the dam specially Karoune 3&4 Dam via several contracts with SHIRALAT SANATI IRAN company, and this was a turning point for entering to the basic and mother industries that could effect on aims and duty of ASIA FAN KAR complex.
            
After short time, also admired NIROUTRANS Company expressed its tendency for reception of our services, because of our work quality and advantage , so since 1378, we are proud of cooperation with this company for production of types of metallic parts for power transmission network such as expansion & oil tank for Amper and voltage measurement transformers.

By the grace of God and personnel's ambition and obtaining valuable experiences in the various fields and especially power station industries, we could began another step to obtain aims of our organization and this step was included of cooperation with MAPNA Turbine Manufacturer Company (TUGA ) in production of various parts in order to apply in gas and stem turbine, that this significant work has been became certain from 1382 until this time.

Since1384, performing the comprehensive management system and using ideas and experiences of the best counselor companies in Iran, our company received ISO9001:2000 certificate in quality system from Norway DNV company.
